Our gorgeous classic Santa Barbara Tasting Room is located in the Historic District of downtown Santa Barbara at the Wine Collection of El Paseo. It’s the perfect spot to host your wedding reception, engagement party, private event, holiday party, birthday party, or any other private celebration!
Full Tasting Room Rental (after hours)
Limited to 50 people / Sun-Thur 6:00–9:30 pm and Fri / Sat 7:00-9:30 pm / 50% Deposit / $150 1st hour & $75 each hour after
Private Room Rental (during regular hours)
Limited to 10 people seated / Noon–6:00 pm / 50% Deposit / $50 1st hour & $25 each hour after
Scheduling: Full Tasting Room (includes Reserve Room) can be scheduled any day of the week, starting at 6 pm Sun-Thur and 7 pm Fri-Sat and concluding at 9:30 pm. You may begin your event earlier, and we will happily close early for you, but additional rental fees may apply. Private Room Rental may be scheduled any day of the week after 12 pm and conclude by 6 pm.
Wine/Beverages: Only Jamie Slone Wines may be served/consumed on the premises. Minimum wine purchase applies and will be determined by Lessor and Jamie Slone Wines at the time of booking. No outside alcohol is permitted, but non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Wine will be poured by the glass or from a tasting flight and you will be billed for bottles that were opened to accommodate. Any leftover wine in bottles may be corked and can be taken with you. Wine Club members do receive their respective discounts of up to 25% off.
Food: You may bring in food from any local business that we approve and we also suggest considering Rincon or Slate Catering. We do have a small, private prep area with a sink and refrigerator, but no stovetop or oven on the premises. If you want to use a caterer we must be named as additional insured.
Music/Decorations: We have online radio stations, like Pandora, that you can use to access any genre of music for your event or you can access your online accounts. Decorations are permitted with the approval of the Tasting Room Manager.
Staffing: We will provide staffing duration of the event.
Security Deposit: We require half of the rental rate to reserve the Tasting Room or the Reserve Room for your event. Security deposit is refundable up until 15 days prior to the scheduled event. Full payment is due on the day or evening of the event. We accept all major credit cards.
Cleaning Fee: For full Tasting Room events a $50 cleaning fee applies and for Reserve Room it’s $15
Service Charge: An automatic service charge of 22% is included on the Full Bill.
A contract with event specifics will be provided for each event.
