Handcrafted by our new winemaker Steve Clifton from grapes grown in the Santa Ynez Valley, this refreshing crisp, fruity and dry wine is nicely balanced and has wonderful fresh aromas of pineapple, Thai basil and stone fruit.
Whole cluster pressed, 6 hour skin contact, chilled in Stainless Steel tank for 48 hours and aged 7 months in 50% neutral French oak barrels and 50% in Stainless Steel.
